Had clean room complete with bathrooms as well as a great balcony. The location of the hotel was amazing and particularly good - within easy walking distance of an expansive public park. The stuff was very welcoming and good, doing great job.

This place was mind-blowing! Just 3 minutes from the city center by car, the rooms were brand new and had private bathrooms. The breakfast was super rich and tasty! The host recommended an amazing restaurant for dinner that was jaw-droppingly good. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, with an incredible view of Kazbek and Gergetis Sameba. We had a good breakfast in the morning and the hosts were super friendly. They even let us use a well-equipped kitchen. The view from the apartment was absolutely amazing and the terrace at the front was a nice touch. The location was great, although it was a bit of a slog uphill with my bag the first time. The deck was great and the room was warm. The best part was the free Wi-Fi, free parking, and paid airport shuttle service. They even had an electric kettle and all the necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. Plus, it was a pet-free and smoke-free environment. an unforgettable stay!

I stayed at a guesthouse in a good location, just off the main street. The view from the shared balcony was amazing, with mountains towering in the distance. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the daughter of the host, who loaned me a hair dryer. Although there were some drawbacks, such as a leaking shower and outdated kitchen facilities, overall I would recommend this guesthouse for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

We had an amazing central view of Kazbek from our clean and comfortable room. The heating at night was a big help in the low temperatures. The hot water in the shower was always stable, and the Wi-Fi worked quite well. The location was convenient, only a 5-minute walk to the center with grocery stores and restaurants. The shared kitchen was spacious and comfortable for making our own meals. The terrace with Kazbek views was the perfect spot to enjoy our meals. The hosts, Maia and her family, were incredibly hospitable and helpful. They even assisted us when we had an issue with our car. Can't thank them enough!
